Next Wave Marketing Team

Nada Wagner, M.B.A., Marketing Consultant.
Nada is a results-orientated, strategic thinker and problem solver. She brings to her clients her abilities of seeing patterns in complexity, sorting through various scenarios, evaluating potential opportunities and helping her clients select the best strategic route. Once the route is determined, it's time to strike and navigate to success. Nada and the Next Wave Team assist clients with strategic positioning, goal setting, and implementation plans.

Nada's key areas of responsibility are strategy, business planning, signature promotions, marketing plans, sales, and research.

Nada has more than 25 years of senior management experience with local, national and multi- national firms. She has held positions such as Director of the profit centre - Centre of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Development - for Centennial College, Toronto; General Manager of a manufacturing firm in East York, Controller of one of 77 subsidiaries of a European multi-national manufacturer, as well as owning two businesses in the past. For the past 12 years, she has managed professional services firms providing award-winning consulting and training including an international award-winning entrepreneurship program in China.

She co-authored the book Business Plans for Canadians for Dummies – a Wiley publication – and teaches marketing-related courses at Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.

Nada has a Masters of Business Administration degree from Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. She volunteers as a member of Toronto Board of Trade's Program Advisory Group, as well the Board of Directors for the Strategic Leadership Forum (SLF) and is SLF’s VP, Marketing. She was past Co-Chair of the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneur Awards.

 

Cindy Little, Marketing Consultant
Cindy is an energetic communications specialist possessing over 12 years experience in the public relations and advertising field. She loves the challenge of meeting new people and achieving common ground with them quickly. She values loyalty and trust thereby earning a client’s confidence in her abilities to understand their goals and needs and to assist them in navigating to success.

Cindy's key areas of responsibility are public relations, media relations, strategic positioning, product launches and advertising.

Cindy has local, national and international experience with specialized media relations and communications skills. She held positions of Public Relations Consultant with Media Profile, Director Communications with Toronto Rock Lacrosse Inc. and Manager, Corporate Communications with World Wrestling Federation Entertainment Canada Inc. Cindy boasts excellent media relations and media tour execution resulting in major national feature segments appearing in the Wall Street Journal, Globe and Mail, National Post, CBC TV, and Global Television. She maintains a significant directory of contacts and connections, negotiates promotions between clients and media outlets. Cindy has successfully managed public relations activities including product launches, media tours, live events management, press releases, personal interview (print and broadcast), crisis planning and strategic positioning.

Cindy very actively participates in amateur
competitive sports and she also volunteers as President of the Creemore & District Ladies Broomball League.

 

Bryan Gregg, B.Sc., Sales & Marketing Consultant
Bryan is strong in communication skills and he motivates teams as well as individuals. He has the instinctive ability to recognize and cultivate the potential in others and inspires them to navigate beyond the expected to success. He is a knowledgeable and engaging facilitator and presenter. He has spoken at several conferences throughout North America.

Bryan specializes in strategic planning, product launch for consumer/industrial products, advertising, sales management, market planning, sales and marketing training.

Bryan brings more than 35 years sales and marketing experience at the local, national and international level. He worked for 18 years in increasingly senior sales and marketing management roles with multi-national companies such as GE, Philips and Ferranti-Packard. He specialized in the international sales and marketing of technology products for both consumer and industrial markets. He had worldwide responsibility for all international and domestic sales and marketing departments of Ferrani-Packard electronic display systems worldwide. Bryan received his B.Sc. degree from York University.

Laurie Wonfor Nolan, Graphic Designer
With over 20 years experience in graphic design & illustration, Laurie Wonfor Nolan has worked with a diverse range of clients that include those in the financial firms and non-profits as well as those in the restaurant and entertainment industries. She has a proven talent for helping small and medium enterprises develop professional image packages that work uniquely for them. Her paintings are hanging in numerous galleries in Ontario .
